William O Warner

William O. Warner, 86, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, October 18, 2024, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, March 19, 1938, in Humboldt, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Clayton Lionel Warner and the late Bertha Estelle Walker Warner. Mr. Warner was a retired security guard of the Haywood Company.

Cremation services for Mr. Warner are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is survived by one son, Brian Warner (Kathy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two daughters, Lynn Warner of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Katherine Flatt (Jamie) of Newbern, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Nick Flatt of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Brianna Vaughn (Jonathan) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Heather Sills (Chris) of Halls, Tennessee and Brian Hickman (Jessica) of Halls, Tennessee and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lela Faye Stephens Warner and one great-grandson.
