Virginia Lucille Baker

Virginia Lucille Baker, 86, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Reelfoot Manor in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, May 12, 1932 in Dyer County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Glen White and the late Dora McCarver White. She was a home-maker.

Cremation services for Mrs. Baker are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Gurley (Tim) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one son-in-law, James Pyles of Newbern, Tennessee; one sister, Brenda White of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Ashley Pyles (Tessa) of Newbern, Tennessee, Adam Pyles (Heather) of Trimble, Tennessee and Hunter Gurley of Dyersburg, Tennessee and four grandchildren, Austin Pyles, Hadley Pyles, Tailar Pyles and Lane Pyles.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Baker and one sister, Gene White.
