Tommy O'Neil "Neil" Fossand

Tommy O'Neil "Neil" Fossand, 67, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, September 24, 1955, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Carl Fossand and the late Dorothy Ophelia Lee Carter. Mr. Fossand was a retired employee of the City of Dyersburg and previously worked at Dyersburg Fabrics. He was a member of the Dyer County Auxiliary Police.

Graveside services for Mr. Fossand will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, April 24, 2023, in Dyer County Memorial Gardens in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Rev. Calvin Smtih. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one sister, Teresa Brown (Jimmy) of Guntown, Mississippi and one niece, Teresa Lumley of Newbern.
