Thomas Jordan "Paddlefoot" Lumley, 74, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Monday, April 1, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, April 1, 1950, in Lenox, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Alvis "Abb" Lumley, Sr. and the late Carrie Obera Adkins Lumley. Mr. Lumley was a retired employee of Dyersburg Fabrics.
Graveside services for Mr. Lumley will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Fairview in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Officiating the service will be Bro. Jerry Stafford. Visitation for Mr. Lumley will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, Anita J. Lumley of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Thomas Keith Lumley (Vickie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kenneth O'Neal Lumley of Gates, Tennessee:; two-stepsons, Donald Richard Bradford (Diane) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Ron Terry Bradford (Marsha) of North Carolina; one brother, Larry "Cotton" Lumley of Lenox, Tennessee; three sisters, Wava Jean Lumley of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Joyce Ann Warren (Sam) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Fran Gregory of Dyersburg, Tennessee; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren and his fur babies, Mister and Miss/
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Tammy Bradford Turner; three brothers, J. C. Lumley, Ossie Ray and Alvis Lumley, Jr. and two sisters, Rosie Mae Moser, Lois Lumley.
Honoring Mr. Lumley as pallbearers will Mike Gregory, Logan Lumley, C.J. Wright, Rodney Wright, Craig Wright, and Jody Wright.
