Teresa Wheeler Hickman

Teresa Wheeler Hickman, 59, of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, February 18, 1964, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Don Wheeler and Mary Sue Hurst Wheeler of Dyersburg, Tennessee. Ms. Hickman was a self-employed business owner.  The times that she enjoyed the most were those spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and visiting with her many friends.

Visitation for Ms. Hickman will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, Tennessee.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Kirk Hickman (Megan) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kyle Hickman (Morgan) of Knoxville, Tennessee; one daughter, Sissy Scroggins (Josh) of Newbern, Tennessee; her mother, Mary Sue Hurst Wheeler of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three brothers, Jimmy Wheeler  of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Steve Watson (Mamye) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Bubba Wheeler (Kim) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Donna Sue Canada of Newbern, Tennessee and she was "Gigi" to her six grandchildren, Ethan, Avery, Addy, Sadie, Luke, and Mia.
