Teddy Joe Brasfield

Teddy Joe Brasfield, 52, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, April 25, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, February 27, 1969 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Steve McKinley Brasfield and Barbara June Diggs  Henson. Mr. Brasfield was a former employee of Dyersburg Pallet. 

A celebration of life service for Mr. Brasfield will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 30, 2021 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Ronnie Turner. Visitation for Mr. Brasfield will be held on Friday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Barbara June Diggs Henson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his wife, Judy Barham of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Jonathan Dale Brasfield of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Jonathan Smith of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, Scotty Henson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; four sisters, Amanda Kuykendall of Dyersburg, Tennessee,  Stephanie K. Smith of Dyersburg, Tennessee Christy D. Lewis of Arkansas and Erin N. Brasfield of Memphis, Tennessee and he was "PaPaw" to his three grandchildren, Damian Smith, Serenity Smith and Lillie Smith and his one great-grandchild, Kinsley McCord.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steve McKinley Brasfield; his step-father, Dalton "Buddy" Henson; three brothers, Steve Henson, Lynn Henson and Steve Brasfield, Jr. and three sisters, Loretta June Brasfield, Cookie Simpson and Sharon White.
