Shearon Kay Box Miller

Shearon Kay Box Miller, 67, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Monday, October 4, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, February 20, 1954 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Box and the late Mary Lou Lawson Box.  Ms. Miller was a retired employee of Tyson Foods, where she worked for thirteen years. She attended Volunteer Baptist Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The times that she cherished the most were those of making memories with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Ms. Miller will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Rehoboth Cemetery near Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Rev. Billy Tucker. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Anthony "Bubba" French of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Chastity Pruitt of Halls, Tennessee; two sisters, Wanda Smith of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Reba King (Jeff) of Newbern, Tennessee and she was "Memaw" to her three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Leslie "Peanut" Box.

Honoring Ms. Miller as pallbearers will be Grady Wooten, Carey Barbee, Daniel Pruitt, Bobby Box, John Box and Leslie Box.
