Sandra Jean Lacy

Sandra Jean Lacy, 73, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, June 9, 1951, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Ewell Freeman McIntosh and the late Mary Frances Shelby McIntosh. She was the wife of the late Willard Lacy.

Mrs. Lacy was a beloved mother, Memaw, sister and friend. She was a lifelong resident of Dyersburg, Tennessee, dedicating more than 30 years of her life as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Parkview Convalescent Unit in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Mrs. Lacy had a true servant’s heart, always putting others before herself with kindness, compassion, and unwavering love. Her sweet spirit and gentle touch brought comfort to countless patients and their families over the years. She had a heart full of love and shared it generously with everyone she met.  Her legacy of love and care will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lacy will be held 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Ronnie Turner. Visitation will be held on Tuesday   from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Cynthia Kay Oldham (Leslie) of Pensacola, Florida; two brothers, Kevin McIntosh of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Cecil McIntosh of Dyersburg, Tennessee and she was "MaMaw" to her two grandchildren, Brooke Henry and Cold Oldham and one great-grandchild, Abagail Oldham.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Lacy.
