Sandra Crenshaw

Sandra Crenshaw, 71, of Jackson, Tennessee died on Friday, October 11, 2024, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, November 26, 1952, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late David Crenshaw and Maxine Douglas Crenshaw. Ms. Crenshaw was a retired employee of Walmart and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Funeral services for Ms. Crenshaw will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Bro. Loren Stephens. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Amber King of Jackson, Tennessee and Angie King of Jackson, Tennessee; one son, Tim King of Newbern, Tennessee; her mother, Maxine Douglas Crenshaw of Newbern, Tennessee; two brothers, Stanley Crenshaw (Phyllis) of Newbern, Tennessee and Danny Crenshaw of Newbern, Tennessee; six sisters, Loretta Pride (Lester) of Newbern, Tennessee, Teresa Harris (Gene) of Paris, Tennessee, Gloria Bell (Kenneth) of Newbern, Tennessee, Pam Evans of Newbern, Tennessee, Donna Bryant of Newbern, Tennessee and Tammy Webb (Billy) of Ripley, Tennessee and she was "Maw" to her nine grandchildren, Becky Basham (Zachery), Brakkos King, Chris King, Sylas King, Seth Reddick, Adreyan Reddick, Kelce King, Kobe King and Brooklyn King and eight great-grandchildren, Gracelyn Hallum, Ellison Basham, Drake King, Theo King, Brylee King, Zaiden Owens, Sage Bell and Willow Reddick.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Crenshaw.

Honoring Ms. Crenshaw as pallbearers will be Scotty Stutts, Mitchell Bryant, NKenge Jones, Justyn Johnson, Ishamel Young, Kylan Perry, Hunter Ozment and Colton Swift.
