Samuel Thomas "Tommy" Warren, 57, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, October 5, 1967, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Samuel Floyd Warren and Joyce Ann Lumley Warren.

Tommy a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away leaving behind cherished memories and a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was deeply loved by his family, who will forever remember his warmth, kindness, and sense of humor.

Tommy was employed with Colonial Rubber in Dyersburg, Tennessee, where he was admired for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the genuine friendships he formed with his colleagues. His dedication and character left a lasting impression on everyone he worked with.

A passionate movie enthusiast, Tommy could often be found watching films of all genres. He was also a dedicated history buff, always eager to learn more about the past. His curiosity and love for storytelling extended into his favorite pastime—playing video games. Whether exploring virtual worlds or sharing laughs with friends, gaming brought him great joy.

Graveside services for Mr. Warren will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Bro. William Turnbo. Visitation for Mr. Warren will be held on Saturday from 10:30 AM until 12 Noon at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Samuel Floyd Warren and Joyce Ann Lumley Warren of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Rena McKnight (Jon) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one nephew, Peyton McKnight (Taylor) of Huntsville, Alabama; one niece, Annadel McKnight (Sam Lofton) of Lafayette, Louisiana; one uncle, Cotton Lumley (Cyndi) of Lenox, Tennessee; five aunts, Wava Lumley of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Francis Gregory of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Natalie Lumley of Lenox, Tennessee, Anita Lumley of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Carolyn Benthel of Plant City, Florida; two cousins, Michael Gregory (Lacy) of Bells, Tennessee and Stephanie Gregory of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his longtime friend, who he considered as a brother, William Allen Price (Dee) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and additional cousins and extended family members that loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Floyd and Graple Warren, maternal grandparents, Alvis and Obera Lumley; two aunts, Rose Moser and Ann Lowe and seven uncles, Alvis Lumley, Jr. Ossie Lumley, J. C. Lumley, Tom Lumley, Grady Warren, William Warren and Eddie Warren.

Honoring Mr. Warren as pallbearers will be Jon McKnight, Peyton McKnight, Michael Gregory, Mike Lamb, Mark Lamb and Rob Hammond.
