Ruthie Mae Floyd King, 60, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Monday, November 21, 2022, at AHC of Dyersburg in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, June 10, 1962, in Dyer County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Tiller Floyd and the late Josephine Watson Tipton.   Ms. King was a retired factory employee.  

Graveside services for Ms. King will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at  Dyersburg City Cemetery. Officiating this service will be Rev. Tyler Neely. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Joshua Thomas King of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Susan Renee King of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Jimmy Watson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three  sisters, Rebecca Smith of Newbern, Tennessee, Vivian Harrington of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Yvonne Fisher (Terry) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and five grandchildren, Matthew King, Jacob King, Brianna Baker, Danica Baker and Jayce Mims.
