Robert Anthony "Bobby" Miller, Sr., 69, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Born on April 15, 1956, in Chicago, Illinois, Bobby was the beloved son of the late Robert Allen "Buddy" Miller and the late Wana Mae Miller. A skilled craftsman and entrepreneur, he proudly owned and operated B and B Painting until his health no longer allowed him to continue. His dedication to his work and community left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Bobby was a proud member of Dyersburg Masonic Lodge #93, where he found camaraderie and purpose. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he especially loved cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. His passion for athletics extended beyond fandom—he found great joy in coaching basketball and baseball, particularly with his son. Bobby was also an accomplished bowler who cherished time spent at the lanes with friends.
He is survived by his devoted son, Robert Anthony "Bobby Jr." Miller, Jr., of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and his loving aunt, Barb Davis, also of Dyersburg. Bobby’s legacy lives on in the memories shared by family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Private graveside rites will be held at Cool Springs Cemetery in the Cool Springs community at a later date.
