Renita Kaye Ables Seaton, 44, of Paragould, Arkansas, died on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
She was born on March 4, 1982, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, to the late Larry Lynn Ables and the late Sandra Sweat Ables.
Renita was the heart and soul of her family—the glue that held everyone close, always making sure no one felt left out and that love was shared in abundance. She had a creative spirit and found joy in painting and coloring. She also loved the outdoors, especially spending peaceful days fishing and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
One of her greatest joys was traveling to wrestling events, something she truly looked forward to and enjoyed with enthusiasm. Those trips created lasting memories and were a reflection of her fun-loving and spirited personality.
Above all, Renita loved her family deeply. She was a constant source of support, comfort, and encouragement, and her presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
