Ramona A. Hill

Ramona A. Hill, 89 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, July 20, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William Price Autry and the late Beulah Cornelia  Watson Autry. She was a retired employee of First Tennessee and First Bank and Trust with twenty-seven years of combined services. Mrs. Hill was a devoted member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church.

Graveside service for  Mrs. Hill will be 10:30 AM on Monday August 31, 2020 at Rehoboth Cemetery in the RoEllen community  with Rev. Dan Tilly officiating. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, one  son, James I. Hill, Jr.(Jim) of Memphis, Tennessee; one daughter, Rebecca Adkerson(Jerry) of Gautier, Mississippi; one sister, Merigold Faris  of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one grand-daughter, Jennifer R. Pyron (Jimmy) of Biloxi, Mississippi and three great grandchildren, Addie Grace Pyron, Wyatt Pyron, and Ike Pyron. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ike Hill; three brothers William Eldridge Autry, Richard Travis Autry, and Ray Whitney Autry.

Honoring Mrs. Hill as pallbearers will be Jack Hill, Rodney Harrison, Kirk Chaney, Timm Johnson, Steven Agee, and Jimmy Pyron.
