Polly Ann Chamberlain, 59, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, November 21, 1965, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Lynn Ables, and the late Shirley Doris Burns Ables.
Polly Ann spent many years as a dedicated employee of Big Lots in Dyersburg, where she enjoyed the friendships and connections she made along the way.
She had a vibrant personality and a love for life that was easy to see. Her favorite color was purple, a perfect reflection of her bold and spirited nature. She enjoyed camping and spending time outdoors, especially when she had the chance to go fishing—an activity she truly loved.
A talented cook, Polly Ann was known for her delicious chocolate and pecan pies, treats that became favorites among family and friends. She also had a deep appreciation for rock music and proudly declared that she was not a country music fan.
Above all, she treasured her family, being a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. This brought her the greatest joy, and she poured her heart into each of those roles.
Visitation for Mrs. Chamberlain will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by one daughter, Kristy Morgan of Dyersburg, Tennessee, one stepdaughter, Germain "Gerie" Danielle Chamberlain of Pennsylvania; two sons, Danny Ray Chamberlain II, (Tiffanie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Thomas Eric Chamberlain (Isabel) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and she was "MaMaw" to her fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Ray Chamberlain and four brothers, Timothy Gerald "Bo" Burns, Larry Lynn Ables, Robert Lee Ables and Thomas Edward Ables.
