Peggy Morgan Obituary

Peggy Morgan, 67, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at her residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, January 4, 1953 in Hinsdale, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Edward Charles Miller and the late Lois Beverly Meiners  Miller. She was employed by the Dyer County School System where she worked in the cafeteria at Newbern Elementary School.

Graveside services for Mrs. Morgan will be 9:30 AM on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.  Officiating this service will be Pastor William Clark.

She leaves to cherish her memory; three sons, Lawrence Finney (Angela) of Cleburne, Texas, Jeff Morgan of Chicago, Illinois  and Jim Morgan (Lisa) of Valparaiso, Indiana; two daughters, Candy Finney (John) of Camden, Tennessee and Jessica Morgan (Cody) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; six sisters, Mary Sil of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Carolyn Compton (Joe) of Geneva, Illinois, Nancy McDermott of Harrisburg, Illinois, Janet Monroe (John) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Barbara Kranjcevic(Joe) of Superior, Wisconsin, and Marla Bidstrup (John) of LaGrange, Illinois and five grandchildren, Kyle Finney, Zachary Finney, Lauren Sukkau (Daniel), Alexa Finney and Raelynn Scobey.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick E. Morgan and one brother, Edward Charles Miller, Jr..
