Pedro "Mike" Luis Lara Morales, Jr., 64 of Newbern, Tennessee died on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, October 14, 1956 in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Pedro Lara and Lucila Morales. Mr. Lara was a retired truck driver and loved playing the trumpet for his family and friends.

Cremation services for Mr. Lara are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is survived by his spouse of twenty two years Donna Padgett of Newbern, Tennessee: three sons, Jayson Lara of Urb. Estancias de Montegrande in Puerto Rico, Jonathan Lara of Urb. Montecasino Toa Alta in Puerto Rico and Lester Lara Lugo of Ohio: one sister, Lilliam Lara of Urb. Carrera Anasco in Puerto Rico; three grand children and large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews that he loved them all very much.
