Nancy Brimm

Nancy Sue Brimm, 86, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at her residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, August 20, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Julian "Bub" Thompson and the late Zella Mae Permenter Thompson. She was  a home-maker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. 

Graveside services for Mrs. Brimm will be held 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at  Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Officiating the service will be Bro. Jerry Stafford. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 24, 2020  from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by two sons, William Yants, Jr. (Dory) of Hohenwald, Tennessee  and Van Yants (Sheila) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sisters, Judy Fern Pylent (Dennis) and Patsy Mavis Dunevant both of Dyersburg, Tennessee; ten grandchildren, Julie Dean, William F. Yants, III, James Yants,  Elizabeth Patton, Kimberly Malkawi, Shelly Jones, Terri Hippler, Rebeeca Yants, Adam Yants and Allen Yants; in addition a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased in death by her former husbands   William F. Yants, Sr., and Everett Brimm; one daughter, Mavis Evans; one brother, Johnny Mac Thompson; one sister, Billie Jean Ellis.

Honoring Mrs. Brimm as pallbearers will be Tony Dean, Britt Russell, Donnie Sellers, Jamie Heskett, Dennie Pylent, and James Yants.
