Michael Huston Wilson

Michael Huston Wilson, 60 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Friday, March 19, 1965, in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Huston Smith Wilson and Mary Marie Hogue Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a retired employee of Craftco.

Michael had a love for the simple joys in life. He enjoyed playing darts, cheering on his favorite drivers during NASCAR races, and spending hours learning from the History Channel. He enjoyed cooking, and was especially known for his delicious jambalaya, which he often shared with family and friends. His presence brought laughter and joy to many, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

A Celebration of Life Visitation for Mr. Wilson will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Marie Hogue Wilson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three brothers, Ken Wilson of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Daniel Wilson of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Donald "Duck" Wilson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three sisters, Mary Lisa Holland of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Connie Kolwyck of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Serah Gallahaire of Dyersburg, Tennessee and host of extended family who loved him dearly.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Teresa Braddy.
