Michael Gene Richmond

Michael Gene Richmond, 53, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at  his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, November 8, 1967 in Cook County, Illinois, he was the son of the late Larry Gene Richmond and Barbara Kaye Henson  Richmond. Mr. Richmond was a self-employed roofer.

Memorial services for Mr. Richmond will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 23, 2021 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.  Officiating this service will be Rev. Calvin Smith.

He is survived by one son, Michael Paul Richmond of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three daughters, Stephanie Richmond Adcock (Jacob) of Dyersburg, Tennessee,  Tiffany Richmond (Hunter Holland) of Dyersburg, Tennessee  and Brianne Ables of Kevil, Kentucky; his mother, Barbara Kaye Henson Richmond of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Wendy Richmond White (Brian) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his best friend and the mother of his children, Teresa Ables Richmond of Dyersburg, Tennessee and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his father, Larry Gene Richmond, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Matthew Earl Richmond and Paul Lewis Richmond.
