Melinda Ann "Mindy" Clark

Melinda Ann "Mindy" Clark, 60 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Monday, June 23, 2025, at her residence. She was a beloved wife, mother, and cherished friend, passed away surrounded by love. She was married to her devoted husband for 23 wonderful years, a partnership marked by laughter, strength, and unwavering support.

Born Wednesday, September 2, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Bobby William Lowery, Sr., and the late Patsy Jane Lewis Lowery. She was a former shipping & receiving clerk at Develey in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Mindy was a gentle soul with a creative spark that lit up every room. She shared a beautiful bond with her daughter, spending countless joyful hours crafting side by side—each project a thread in the tapestry of treasured memories. Her love extended deeply to her “fur babies,” who were more than pets—they were her loyal companions and family.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and the joy she brought to every life she touched. Though her hands are now at rest, the love she gave so freely lives on in those who knew her best.

Graveside services for Mrs. Clark will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Bro. Bobby Jacobs. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Billy Clark of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Brandi Moser (Jimmy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; stepdaughter, Christian Clark (Jason Hein) of Gallatin, Tennessee and two grandchildren, Ellie Hein and Chelsey Moser.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby William Lowery, Jr.

Honoring Mrs. Clark as pallbearers will be Jimmy Moser, Blake Lowery, Jonathan Lowery, Cody Lowery, Adam Lowery, and Brandi Moser.
