Melba Joan Green, 71, of Trenton, Tennessee, died on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Monday, April 9, 1951, in Dyer, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Luther Wilson Carrell and the late Martha Ellen Norman Carrell. Mrs. Green was a homemaker and attended the Bethany Church of Christ in Trenton, Tennessee.
Graveside services for Mrs. Green will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Oakland Cemetery, located at West 8th Street in Trenton, Tennessee. Officiating the service will be Bro. Josh Thompson. Visitation for Mrs. Green will be held from 12:30 PM until 1:00 PM at Oakland Cemetery in Trenton, Tennessee. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of twenty-four years, Eugene Green of Trenton, Tennessee; two sons, Tommy Green (Leanne) of Trenton, Tennessee and Tim Green (Wanda) of Trenton, Tennessee; one brother, Ricky Carrell of Trimble, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Sam Green, Carla Green, James Green, Tucker Green, and Molly Green; three great grandchildren, Bo Green, Jase Green, and Tate Green.
Honoring Mrs. Green as pallbearers will be Tommy Green, Sam Green, Tim Green, James Green, Jody Carrell, and Tucker Green.
