Mary T. Melder

Mary T. Melder, 63 of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Friday, November 15, 2024, in Newbern, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, August 1, 1961, in Hobbs, New Mexico, she was the daughter of the late David D. Wright and the late Claudia Corrine Seal Wright. Mrs. Melder was a retired employee of Komatsu.

Cremation services for Mrs. Melder are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by two sons, John Melder of Newbern, Tennessee and Justin Melder (Bill) of Brownsville, Tennessee; one daughter, April Melder of Newbern, Tennessee; two brothers, David Wright (Marian) of Hobbs, New Mexico and Micheal Wright (Denee) of Tyler, Texas: three sister, Audrey Largent of Oklahoma, Jane Duncan (Ronnie) of Newbern, Tennessee and Bobbie Arnold of Newbern, Tennessee and five grandchildren, Caitlyn Melder, Bryson Adcox, Amillia Ammons, Paisley Ammons and Riley Ammons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Melder and two sisters, Susan Warren and Malinda Horn.
