Marsha Rushing Adcock, 63 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg,Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, April 18, 1956, in Dyersburg, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Marshall Bates Rushing and the late Frances Ann Rushing. Mrs. Adcock was a Homemaker.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, September 13, 2019, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Bill Phipps. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, September 12, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home

She is survived by her husband, James F. Adcock of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three sons, Danny Lynn Harris (Christy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee. Jay Houchens (Autumn) of Newbern, Tennessee and Mark Dewayne Houchens (Abbey Beth) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; five sisters, Regina Hardin (Greg), Judy (Scotty) Nash, Sherry Bane (Lanny) and Jackie Foutch, all of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Linda Lepping (Charlie) of Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee; and two brothers, Billy Rushing of Tigrett, Tennessee and Bucky Rushing, of Dickson, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Jarrod Michael Harris, Christa Harris, Marley Houchens, Heather Houchens, Kirkland Houchens, Ethan Houchens, and Lucas Houchens and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Lynn Rushing.

Pallbearers will be Lanny Bane, Kirkland Houchens, John Welch, James Turnbo, Kane Howe, Josh Adcock, Jarrod Michael Harris and Ralph Whitney.
