Marilyn White, 79, of Dyer, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her residence in Dyer, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, February 3, 1945, in Yorkville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Hendrix and the late Hazel Young Hendrix. Mrs. White was a former employee of Newbern City Hall where she worked as a payroll clerk. She was a devoted member of the Dyer First Assembly of God in Dyer, Tennessee. She was a wonderful lady and the best mom and grandmother. She was an excellent cook and joked that she knew her job in heaven would be in the kitchen. She made beautiful food and the presentation was just as important as the taste to her. Marilyn had a love for flowers and spent endless hours outside enjoying God's beauty.
