Loretta Fay Money

Loretta Fay Money, 80, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, May 13, 1941 in Jaywye, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Vern Henson and the late Ruth McClusky Turner. Mrs. Money was a school bus driver with the Dyer County School Department of Transportation and a member of the Finley United Pentecostal Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Money will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the Finley United Pentecostal Church. Officiating this service will be Pastor Doug Ellingsworth.  Interment will be held in the Casper Cemetery in Cobden, Illinois on at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 13, 2021.

She leaves to cherish her memory, five daughters, Sheila Yants of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Kristin Miller of Newbern, Tennessee, Amber Money of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Angela Boyd of McCloud, Oklahoma and Pamela Clark of Rockford, Illinois; two brothers, Carroll Henson of Dongola, Illinois and Vern Henson, Jr. of Vienna, Illinois; three sisters, Elice Lowe of Visalia, California, Marilyn Leach of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Teresa Halterman of Dyersburg, Tennessee; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Money and three sisters, Louise Mobley, Melba Mixen and Mary Ann Henson.

Honoring Mrs. Money as pallbearers will be Johnny Loveless, Jr., Jason Loveless, Justin Loveless, Jaren Loveless, Ian Miller,  Nathan Miller, Haydden Fears and Johnny Cochran.
