Lola Clanton Obituary

Lola Clanton, 76, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Monday, January 4, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, May 20, 1944, in Union City, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Mae Gately Strawn. Ms. Clanton was a retired store manager for Little General.

Cremation services for Ms. Clanton are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by one son, Jeff Isbell (Katrina) of Gleason, Tennessee; one brother, Jimmy "Sonny" Strawn (Gracie) of Newbern, Tennessee; one grand-daughter, Celeste Isbell; two step-grandchildren, Megan Cochran and Savannah Autry; three great-grandchildren, Josie Muzzall, Jema Muzzall and Jack Muzzall; one niece, Kimberly Graves McDaniel and three nephews, Scott Graves, Shane Strawn and Tyler Council.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Graves.
