Libby Golightly, 93, of Trimble, Tennessee died on Monday, February 22, 2021, at Harborview Nursing Home in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, September 4, 1927 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Thomas C. Arnett and the late Edna Virginia Russell Arnett. Mrs. Golightly was a Home-Maker & retired Office Manager for the Halls Clinic in Halls, Tennessee. She was a member of Main Street Church Of Christ in Newbern, Tennessee. and was a former Pink Lady ,for many years,at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
Graveside services for Mrs. Golightly will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Mr. Scott Owen Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Pamela Stover of Trimble, Tennessee and Susan Stover (Kenneth) of Minnick, Tennessee and two sons, Harold Eugene Golightly (Deborah) of Houston, Texas and Robert Arnett Golightly (Cheryl) of Monument, Colorado; ten grandchildren, Jay, Mandy, Lee, Steven, Jeremy, Jennifer, Robin, Robert Allen, Greg and Willie; twenty four great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Golightly, three sisters and four brothers. one-grand-daughter, Becky Butler and one-son-in-law, Butch Stover.
Honoring Mrs. Golightly as pallbearers will be Jay Stover, Cody Stover, Kyle Stover, Bo Butler. Lee Stover, Jeremy Stover and Steven Stover. Honorary pallbearer will be Briar Butler.
