Leonard Wayne Moore, 79 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, September 2, 1941.He was the son of the late Jessie and Earnestine Moore. Mr. Moore was a retired insurance adjuster for USFG and American States.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Regina Moore of Dyersburg, Tennessee and a step-son, Rodney Sawyer of Dyersburg, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Clint Moore and one sister, Jeanette Moore Gentry.
