Obituary

Larry Kenneth Henderson, 81, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, April 28, 2023, in Walnut, Mississippi.

Born Sunday, January 11, 1942, in Palmersville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Will O. Henderson and the late Lydia Workman Henderson. Mr. Henderson was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and loved old cars. He also served his country in the United States Navy.

A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Henderson will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Mr. Michael Kidd.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Frances Henderson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three sons, Wayne Maupin (Daniell) of Newbern, Tennessee, Jimmy Maupin (Kelly) of Newbern, Tennessee and Eddie Maupin of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Jerri Ann Whitman (Tony) of Dresden Mills, Maine; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
