Kristin Dianne Ashe

Kristin Dianne Ashe, 61, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, May 10, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Duke and the late Julie Dycus Lawrence.

A devoted nurse with a compassionate heart, Kristin earned her Registered Nursing degree from Dyersburg State Community College in Dyersburg and dedicated herself to the profession she so dearly loved. Nursing was more than a career to Kristin—it was her purpose. She faithfully served her patients at Reelfoot Manor in Tiptonville, where she gave comfort, kindness, and excellent care until declining health no longer allowed her to continue doing the work she loved.

Above all, Kristin loved her family deeply and cherished the many memories they shared together. Her family was one of life’s greatest blessings, and she treasured every moment spent with those she loved most.

Outside of nursing, Kristin was gifted with a creative spirit and a talent for crafting. She could make just about anything with her hands, and every creation she made carried a special piece of her heart. Her signature touch was always a ladybug, lovingly placed on her work as a mark of her creativity and a symbol all her own.

Kristin also found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to fish anywhere she could put a hook in the water and treasured the peace and happiness it brought her. She had a deep love for animals, especially her beloved dogs, Harley and BooBear, who preceded her in death and held a special place in her heart.

Cremation services for Ms. Ashe are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service For Ms. Ashe will be held at a later date.

She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Floyd (Lanny) of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Randy Duke (Mary) of Rutherford, Tennessee and she was "Meme" to her two grandsons, Bradley Floyd (Jess)of Hemett, California and Lanny Floyd, Jr. (Kelli) of Redding, California.
