Kimmie Faye Simpson, 53, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, formerly of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Monday, July 19, 2021, at her residence in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, July 23, 1967 in Burt, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Henry Young and the late Dorothy May Young. Ms. Simpson was a former employee of Jimmy Dean Foods.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Jessie Simpson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Sabrina Simpson of Union City, Tennessee; three brothers, Carl Singleton, Frank Young of Scottsville, Kentucky and Paul Todd of Scottsville, Kentucky; two sisters, Alene Guntry of Scottsville, Kentucky and Theresa Eaton of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and three grandchildren, Henry Simpson, Wade Simpson and Penelope Simpson.
