Kenneth Wayne Clutts, 74, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, December 12, 1948, in Dyersburg, Tennessee; he was the son of the late Grady William Clutts and the late Martha Mae Chilcutt Clutts. Mr. Clutts was a retired employee of Jimmy Dean Foods. He enjoyed singing, fishing and visiting with his family and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Clutts will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Kenny Chessor. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Amanda Clutts (Ollie Conder) of Newbern, Tennessee, Patricia Nichols (Douglas) of Newbern, Tennessee and Shana Capps of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two brothers, Jerry Lee Clutts (Shelia) of Trenton, Tennessee and Tommy Joe Clutts (Melody) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; four sisters, Barbara Ann Henson (Mike) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Martha Jean Cannon of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Brenda S. Webb (Ronny) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Deborah K. Seaton (Terry) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Shirley Maie Clutts and one son, Larry Wayne Clutts.
Honoring Mr. Clutts as pallbearers will be Doug Nichols, Tyler Seaton, Jeremy Asher, Brandon Mallard, John Noble and Jeremy Nichols. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Seaton and Ollie Conder
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home, 239 East Main Street, Newbern, Tennessee.
