Born Thursday, October 4, 1951, in Bobwire, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Elmer French and the late Annie Stinzel Ehlert.
Kathey loved her family dearly, and her greatest joy in life was the time she spent with them. Her love for her Lord and Savior was evident in the way she lived each day. A faithful member of First United Pentecostal Church of Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was known as a true prayer warrior, always lifting others up in prayer and offering words of comfort and encouragement.
She will be remembered for her sweet, kind, and loving spirit that touched so many lives. Kathey had a special gift in the kitchen, and her family will forever treasure the meals she lovingly prepared. Among their favorites were her delicious fried chicken, corn and “taters,” chicken and dressing, and her well-loved Ding Dong cake—meals that brought everyone together and created lasting memories.
Graveside services for Mrs. Inman will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Pastor Brent Rashall and Pastor Michael French. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
