June Ileene Peterson

June Ileene Peterson, age 56, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, passed away at her residence on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Born on June 13, 1970, in Obion County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Roy Youngblood and Sharon Ramona Guffey Youngblood.

June was a homemaker who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time fishing, enjoying an ice-cold Dr. Pepper, and making memories with those she loved most. Above all, she cherished her family and took great pride in her role as "Grandma." Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Cremation services for Ms. Peterson are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Carlita Santos (Matthew Rigsby) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and Angel Peterson (A.J.) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Kiefer Peterson of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and Daniel White of Alabama; one brother, Adam Youngblood (Karla) of Springfield, Tennessee; one sister, Rhonda Cramer of New York; her former husband, Anthony "Tony" Miller; and her mother-in-law, Marion Youngblood.

She was a devoted and loving grandmother to six grandchildren: Walker Rigsby, Baylor Rigsby, Luna Peterson, Lily Peterson, Lucious Peterson, and Alex Peterson.
