Judy Marie Morris

Judy Marie Morris, 73, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Monday, January 13, 2020, at her residence in Newbern, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, March 12, 1946 in Bath Springs, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Ben Walker and the late Nora Hamilton Walker. Mrs. Morris was a employee of Omni-Tech.

Funeral services for Mrs. Morris will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. David Prince and Rev. Joe Watson. Interment will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Lone Chestnut Cemetery in Bath Springs, Tennessee. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Edward Morris of Newbern, Tennessee; one son, Timothy Ray Ward (Cherie) of Yorkville, Tennessee; one daughter, Tina Rena Gurley (Mike) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, John D. Walker (Pat) of Bath Springs, Tennessee; one sister, Anne Howe of Hornbeak, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Tiffany Duty (Jarrod), Jessica Lynn Ward (Troy), Hunter Ward and Mark Davis and five great-grandchildren, Layla Grace Sanderson, A. J. Pride, Chance Pride, Addilyn Davis and Everly Davis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Walker and W. C. Hamilton and three sisters, Wilma S. Evans, Mary Etta Creasy and Mary Adkins.
