Juanita Belle Tillman

Juanita Belle Tillman, 63, of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at her residence in Newbern, Tennessee.

She was born on October 7, 1961, in Rockland, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Rocky Hawes and the late Frances Jackson Hawes.

Mrs. Tillman was a dedicated employee of Foodrite in Newbern, Tennessee, where she was known for her hard work, friendly smile, and the kindness she showed to customers and coworkers alike. 

In her leisure time, Juanita especially enjoyed visiting the beach, where she found peace and happiness. Time spent by the water with family and friends brought her some of her greatest joy.

Cremation services for Mrs. Tillman are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband of thirty years, Jessie Clay Tillman of Newbern, Tennessee and her fur babies, her two dogs, Tater and Shy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Toni Hawes.
