Joyce M. Palmer

Joyce M. Palmer, 84, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on

Thursday, October 15, 2020, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, March 16, 1936 in Dyer County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Sam Wilson and the late Ada Virginia Turner Wilson. Mrs. Palmer was a retired employee of Methodist Hospital of

Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Due to the current national conditions and the family's concern for the health and well being of others a private graveside service for Mrs. Palmer was held at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Cathy Palmer Hulgan (Johnny) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Rhonda Palmer Stroud of Halls, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Hannah Stroud, Joanna Hart (John), Jennifer Kudla (Chris), Jonathan Hulgan (Christen) and Jason Hulgan (Christie); five great-grandchildren; Palmer Hart, Jack Hulgan, Annabelle Hulgan, Lauren Chandler and Julianna Hulgan and two-great-great-grandchildren, Landon Hallock and Lucas Chandler.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-two years, Abram "Junior" Palmer.
