Joseph Rickey Haynes, 67, died on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, January 23, 1957, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, to the late Leon "Bertram" Haynes and the late Peggy Joyce Gibson Haynes. Mr. Haynes was a former machine operator for Co-Op.

Funeral services for Mr. Haynes will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Bro. Bill Phipps. Interment will follow in Hurricane Hills Cemetery near Newbern, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Cynthia Ann Climer Haynes of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Stephanie Nicole Haynes of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons Dusty Haynes (Amanda) of Florida and Rickey Quinton Haynes (Gregory) of Dyersburg, Tennessee: two sisters, Shirley Smith (Charles) of Lauderdale County, Tennessee and Christine Dunivant of Trimble, Tennessee; four brothers, Terry Haynes (Janie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Dixie Haynes of Trimble, Tennessee, Carl Haynes of Trimble, Tennessee and Jay Haynes of Dyersburg, Tennessee and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Chad Derrick Haynes and two brothers Johnny Haynes and Michael Haynes.

Honoring Mr. Haynes as pallbearers will be Dusty Haynes, Rickey Haynes, Terry Haynes, Dixie Haynes, Sebastian Haynes, Bradley Junior, Destin Gourley, Zachary Junior and Dru-Michael Junior.
