Josef Burton Gorzula

Josef Burton Gorzula, 29, of Newbern, Tennessee died on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at his residence in Newbern, Tennessee.

Born Wednesday, March 6, 1991 in Ervin, Scotland, Josef was a beautiful soul that made everyone feel warm and welcomed.  He will be missed by many whose life he touched. He was a graduate of Dyer County High School and was an operator for Waste Not Recycling.

A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Gorzula will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2020 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Michael Milner and Mrs. Stefania Gorzula Wheeler.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Josie Forrester Gorzula of Newbern, Tennessee; his father, Stefan Ian Phillip Gorzula (Minh Thanh Vuong) of Springfield, Virginia; one brother, Michael James Gorzula of Newbern, Tennessee; one sister, Stefania Gorzula Wheeler (Jonathan)  of Finley, Tennessee; one niece, Bella Henry and one nephew, Roland Wheeler.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be directed to Tennessee Homeless Solutions, 332 South Mill Avenue, Dyersburg, Tennessee
