John Dewane Langford, 78, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, November 29, 2024, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Saturday, January 12, 1946, in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ray Francis Langford and the late Mattie Lee Burgess Davy. Mr. Langford was a retired supervisor for World Color Press and he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Cremation services are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
He is survived by his loving wife, of fifty-four years, Linda Wiggins Langford of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Robert Langford of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Thomas Langford (Alicia) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, one daughter, Cynthia Langford of Wynnburg, Tennessee and he was "PopPop" to his two grandchildren, Amelia Langford and Wyatt Langford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Langford, and one sister, Linda Wilson.
