Obituary
Jimmy Clyde Harber, Jr., 50 of Covington, Tennessee, died on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Friday, November 24, 1972, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Jimmy Clyde Harber, Sr. and the late Nora Ann Fortner Harber. Mr. Harber worked in the maintenance department at Eaton Global in Newbern, Tennessee. He loved cars, Dale Earnhardt, rock music, and fishing.
A Celebration of Life visitation for Mr. Harber will be held from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, Tennessee.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Windie Lee Harber of Covington, Tennessee; two daughters, Jasmine Harber of Covington, Tennessee and Cheyanne Jane Harber Dwyer (Timothy) of Mason Hall, Tennessee; one brother, Nathan Corey Harber (Samantha) of Nashville, Tennessee; he was "Papa" to his two grandchildren, Ayden Lee Harber and Jimmy Edward Harber; niece, Hayley Nicole Walton of Covington, Tennessee and nephew, Christian Michael Walton of Covington, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Angela Marie Walton.
