Jeremy Edward Kidd

Jeremy Edward Kidd, 34, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Monday, February 3, 2025, at his residence in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, September 20, 1990, in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late James Edward Kidd and Angela Tatum Kidd.

Jeremy had an appreciation for the simple joys that made each day meaningful. He enjoyed music; the outdoors, fishing occasionally and sharing his world with others through his YouTube channel.

Above all, family was the heart of his life. His grandparents, especially his grandfather David, who preceded him in death, played a profound role in his life. His beloved "Granny" was his constant source of love and wisdom, and their bond was one that he cherished deeply.  He and his Aunt Mandy shared a special friendship, supporting each other through life's ups and downs.  Jeremy also cherished the memories that he shared with his mother and sister.

Funeral services for Jeremy will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 7, 2025, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Bro. Jerry Stafford. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Tressie Cochran Kidd of  Covington, Tennessee; his mother, Angela Tatum Kidd of Gleason, Tennessee; one daughter, Kenzleigh Kidd of Troy, Tennessee; two brothers, Jason Kidd (Amanda) of Dyer, Tennessee and Greg Kidd (Cheryl) of Knoxville, Tennessee; one sister, Ashlee Kidd (Kody) of Gleason, Tennessee; his grandmother, Annette Garner of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two uncles, Bruce Kidd (Mandy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Bryan Kidd of North Carolina; one aunt Carol Smith (Neal) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his fur baby, his cat, Callie Marie Kidd and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family that loved his dearly.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, David Garner, Charles Kidd, Ivory Tatum and Mavis Tatum.

Honoring Mr. Kidd as pallbearers will be Ethan Gibbons, Jason Kidd, Mason Kidd, Macayden Rodriguez, Greg Hill, Jon Binkley and Taylor Richardson.
