Irma Jean Birmingham, 76 of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, October 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Leon Owens and the late Gladys Pruitt Owens. Mrs. Birmingham was a homemaker.
Cremation services for Mrs. Birmingham are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home,
She leaves to cherish her memory, four sons, Clarence Worley of Memphis, Tennessee, David Worley, of Kentucky, Paul Worley of Kentucky and Kevin Birmingham of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one daughter, Tammy Elkins (David) of Byhalia, Mississippi and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, but two she raised as her own, Kalob Brimingham and Kylen Birmingham.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Virgil Birmingham; one daughter, Regina Worley; one son, Roy Hurst; two sisters, Ginger Jones, and Norma Wiley and three brothers, Leon Owens, Jr., Jimmy Owens, and Richard Owens.
