Faye Hodge

Faye Hodge, 80, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Unity Healthcare in Martin, Tennessee.

Born Saturday, January 6, 1940 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Rice and the late Stella B. Westmoreland Rice. Mrs. Hodge was a retired employee of HECO and a member of the Finley Pentecostal Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hodge will be 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 23, 2020 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Pastor Doug Ellingsworth. Interment will follow in Yorkville Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, D. D. Hodge of Newbern, Tennessee and Fred Namar Hodge of Smyrna, Tennessee; one sister, Allane Rice Darby of Dyersburg, Tennessee and four grandchildren, Cody Hodge, Brittany Hodge, Jodi Stoops and Andrew Hodge.

She was preceded in death by one son, Nathan Lamar Hodge; one daughter, Deana Deann Hodge Stephens; one brother, David Rice and one sister, Lois Ellis.

Honoring Mrs. Hodge as pallbearers will be Zachary Stoops ,Cody Hodge, Steve Walker, Steve Sartain, Andrew Hodge and Keith Tucker. Honorary pallbearer will be Jimmy Ellis and Jerry Tucker.
