Evelyn M. Butler, 83 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Monday, September 2, 1935 in Corinth, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late James Warren Mays and the late Altie Mae Jones Mays. She worked as a Nurses Aide at PCU in her earlier years because she loved taking care of the sick. In her later years she was a resident of Dyersburg Nursing Home where she was such an encourager to others by her singing and sharing her knowledge she had about the Lord where she brought peace to others thru Jesus. She leaves her mark behind of how pretty of a lady she was by loving others. The mark of a true Christian is love.
