Elizabeth Melinda "Sis" Turnbo

Elizabeth Melinda "Sis" Turnbo, 61, of Ridgely, Tennessee died on Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, March 24, 1959 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Eldon Harrison Tittle and the late Margaret Jo Chism Tittle. Ms. Turnbo was a Patient Care Coordinator for Star Physical Therapy. She was a Godly woman who served the Lord as a member of the Abundant Life Fellowship in Ridgely, Tennessee where she enjoyed being a member of the praise and worship team.

Due to the current pandemic and the family's concern for the health and well being of others, a private funeral service for Ms. Turnbo will be on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the Abundant Life Fellowship in Ridgely, Tennessee. Officiating the service will be Pastor David Gray. Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, Tennessee.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Zachary Metoyer (Ashleigh) of Ridgely, Tennessee and Seth Turnbo (Erica) of Ridgely, Tennessee; one daughter, Amanda Sturdivant (Ben) of Trimble, Tennessee; her father, Eldon Harrison Tittle of Ridgely, Tennessee; one brother, Chris Tittle (Sharon) of Ridgely, Tennessee and was "Gram" to her six grandchildren, Lexi Brooke Metoyer, Zachary Harrison Metoyer, Walker Lynn Sturdivant, Stephen Roger Turnbo, James Ross Sturdivant, and CoraBeth Lynn Turnbo.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Jo Chism Tittle and one brother, Mark Tittle.

Honoring Mrs.Turnbo as pallbearers will be Jacob Tittle, Trevor Blythe, Josh Tittle, Caleb Bledsoe, Ross Maldonado, Rob Bledsoe, James Mooring and Jake Huitt. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
