Cindy Kay Dillard

Cindy Kay Dillard, 48, of Tiptonville, Tennessee, died on Friday, February 28, 2025, at her home in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, May 6, 1976, in Union City, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Roger Staggs and the late Linda Spencer Franks.

Cindy found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was spending peaceful days fishing, taking leisurely rides, camping, or simply enjoying the times spent with family and friends.  Above all she treasured her role as a grandmother to her granddaughter, Haizley.  

Cremation services for Mrs. Dillard are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She is survived by her life partner of twenty-six years, Bobby Jackson of Tiptonville, Tennessee; one son, Jeffery Dillard of Tiptonville, Tennessee; one  daughter, Melanie Dillard of Newbern, Tennessee; three brothers, Timothy Staggs of Tiptonville, Tennessee, Jonathan Staggs of Ridgely, Tennessee and Logan Anderson of Newbern, Tennessee; one sister, Sabrina Staggs of Tiptonville, Tennessee; she was "and she was "Grandma" to her granddaughter, Haizley  Dillard and a host of extended family who loved her dearly.
