Charlotte Ann Myers

Charlotte Ann Myers, 72, of Dyer, Tennessee died on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Born October 3, 1948 in Lanesferry, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Pope and the late Emmaline Reed  Smith.  She was a retired employee of Quebecor World (World Color Press) where she was an expeditor. She served as treasurer of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for many years.

Funeral services for Mrs. Myers will be Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.  Officiating this service will be Bro. Mickey Dodd.  Interment will follow in Yorkville Cemetery in Yorkville, Tennessee.  Visitation for Mrs. Myers will be Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ricky Myers of Dyer, Tennessee; one daughter, Amanda Buckner (Scottie) of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Gene Pope (Nettie) of Tiptonville, Tennessee; two sisters, Vickie Birdsong of Enid Lake, Mississippi and Cindy Pope of Enid Lake, Mississippi, three grandchildren, Brandon Waldrop (Katie), Steven Waldrop and Ashley Lents (Josh) and one great grandchild, Chase Waldrop.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, R.D. Pope and Wayne Pope.

Honoring Mrs. Myers as pallbearers will be Brandon Waldrop, Steven Waldrop, Scottie Buckner, Tommy Crawford, Danny Brooks and William Pankey.  Honorary pallbearers will be Chase Waldrop and Reggie Howe
