Charles J. Tucker

Charles J. Tucker, 77, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, May 16, 1944 in Saltillo, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Bedford Tucker and the late Willie Farris Robbins Tucker. He was a farmer and former employee of the City of Ridgely,

Graveside services for Mr. Tucker will be 2:30 PM on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Bro. Carl Southerland. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Barbara "Susie" Ditto Stone of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, William Tucker of Maury City, Tennessee; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rhonda Faye Tucker; two brothers, Frank Tucker and Jimmy Tucker and two sisters, Margaret Lois Thacker and Emma Lou Dill.

Honoring Mr. Tucker as pallbearers will be family and friends.
